
Vivek Chadayammuri, MD
Dr. Chadayammuri is a fellowship-trained adult reconstruction surgeon with a practice focused on primary and complex revision hip and knee arthroplasty with an emphasis techniques that will enhance recovery such as the lateral muscle sparing approach to total knees. His work includes direct anterior total hip arthroplasty, enhanced-recovery (ERAS) pathways, and advanced reconstruction for implant failure, periprosthetic fracture, major bone loss, and infection. He utilizes a technique-driven approach that prioritizes anatomic restoration and soft-tissue preservation, and alternative exposure strategies where appropriate. He remains active in academic and leadership domains and serves as a reviewer for The Journal of Arthroplasty. His practice philosophy emphasizes durable outcomes, patient education, and shared decision-making.
