Total Knee System Products

The Optimotion™ Blue Plus Knee System consists of three variations of posterior stabilizing (PS) tibial inserts (Low post, Low Post+, and High Post) and PS femoral components. The tibial inserts are composed of cross-linked UHMWPE with Vitamin E and the femoral components are composed of CoCrMo alloy. The femoral components are intended for cemented use only with PMMA bone cement. The Optimotion™ Blue Plus Knee System is intended to be used with the Tibial and Patellar implant components of the Optimotion Blue Total Knee System for cemented replacement of the tibia, patella, and femur articular surfaces of the knee. The system includes a large range of sizes to fit the normal patient population.

Features Include:
  • A fixed bearing design.
  • The implant geometry is optimized for the full compartment of the knee.
  • The instruments and implants are manufactured in the USA.
Our cementless products are enhanced with Advanced Porous Additive Manufactured (AM) Technology. The irregularly-shaped random interconnected pores maximize coverage on bone contacting surfaces to promote bone growth and fixation to the implant.
Our cementless products include:
  • Cementless CR (Cruciate Retaining) Femur
  • Cementless Tibia
  • Cementless Patella
  • Cemented CR (Cruciate Retaining) Femur
  • Cemented Tibia
  • Cemented Patella
  • Cemented PS (Posterior Stablizied) System
Patent-Pending Articulating Surface

Cemented and Cementless Knee Systems include our patent-pending articulating surface with enhanced stability through the arc of flexion.

Our tibial trays offer the ability to attach a wide variety of stems (length and diameter) to cater towards various patient needs. Optimotion Implants tibial stems have the capability to be used with or without bone cement.
Our tibial insert options include both Cruciate Retaining (CR) tibial inserts (for medial or lateral constraint) and Highly Congruent Cruciate Retaining (HCCR) tibial inserts (for bilateral constraint). Both insert types are offered in a wide variety of thicknesses for optimal stability.
Features include:
  • Vitamin E poly for enhanced wear characteristics
  • Patent pending articulating surface for enhanced stability during mid flexion
  • The ability for medial, lateral, or bilateral constraint according to the patient’s needs
Optimotion Implants Blue Total Knee System includes four trays of instrumentation to perform the total knee arthroplasty procedure. Please reference our Features & System Specification Guide for a full list of instrumentation products.
