• Board-certified orthopedic surgeon who earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami, Coral Gables. He received a certificate in Biomedical Sciences  and his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then performed his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he received extensive experience in orthopedic trauma surgery.
• Has performed over 500 total knee replacements using the lateral approach.
• Specializes in trauma and minimally invasive joint replacement including the hip and the knee.
• Dr. Martinez has been a member of the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
• Affiliated with Orlando Health Dr. Phillips Hospital (DPH) and Advanced Surgery Center of Orlando (ASCO).
• Practices at Optimotion Orthopaedics.
